[more than kisses, letters mingle souls -john donne]
fall is here. a time when i take more time to remember my own two hands, those who make my life so worthwhile, and the joy i find in using a to celebrate b. today i made a small, accordion-style book for a friend. inside the pages are a poem by soul-sister extraordinare, alice walker. the poem, is called "reassurance" and you oughta use your two hands to find it nestled in her collection of essays, in search of our mother's gardens...because linking it on the internet it just too easy for fall.
